A Zebra Can’t Change Its Stripes
My opponent’s reelection campaign has been endorsed and heavily funded by the most liberal Texas Republican in office, Dade Phelan. This guy is so liberal that President Trump and most state leaders have endorsed against him. He was censored by the Republican party and was asked to resign. Why does this liberal politician support Giovanni Capriglione? The simple answer is…. they are the same zebra.

FUND SCHOOLS with SURPLUS $'s
Let’s fund our schools with the state budget surplus money, not by raising our local property taxes. Your property taxes are slated to go up if you don’t act. Our schools are hurting financially due to inflation, and the funding gap has to be closed. The choice is raising property taxes, or the state can use budget surplus money to fill the gap. My opponent wants your taxes to increase to preserve the surplus, while I want to use the surplus. Please support me in keeping property taxes from going higher. We pay enough already.
